Grow up protected among the sticks

In a unique combination, four kinds of wood are cleverly brought together: Douglas beams, pine rods, willow branches, and cork floats. For its Bio-Floats, Dutch Water Tech mainly uses wood species sourced in the Netherlands, keeping the footprint low. A natural coating ensures a long lifespan.
Dutch Water Tech applies temporary grazing protection along the Waterkaravaan, made from a potato-based PLA variant that can be removed once it breaks. With sufficient production volume, they can also have it injection-moulded from PHB, which fully composts under natural conditions.

The edge is filled with willow branches, cork pieces, and a row of woven willow baskets – all soggy mini-marsh habitats. Protected native wetland carnivores (Sundew) also grow here. So insects: beware!
